Weight Loss after having children…how can it be done???
All of us mums know that the body is NOT the same after having kids. What ever the reasons given : hormones, less time, stress, eating differently, etc etc … I would estimate that at least 90% of mums are fatter after having kids than before.
I am certainly no different. I had absolutely no trouble keeping my weight steady before children but afterwards I have been struggling and fighting my weight constantly.
I have had some good results with the Top Weight Loss Secrets book( as below in my other posts ) and now that I’ve cleansed really well and got myself on track I have found a lifestyle weight loss guide that is the next stage for me.
It has really good easy workouts and knowledge to speed up your metabolism and it is all in a realistic 1.5 hours per week timetable!
plus heaps of easy meals as well all in a realistic can do it type of format.
i like that because i have so little spare time!
