Weight loss specifics and parasite realities

One of our readers asked “what do you think of the whole parasite idea, is it for real or just scaremongering?

Answer:

I don’t have any trouble with the gut parasite idea: after all intestinal worms are well known in humans and if you’ve ever had them you know that they cause a range of symptoms including constant hunger, bloating, bad breath,diarrhea, etc etc. So to me if worms are so common, other parasites are sure to be around too. I think a regular clean out is a great idea !

one of our readers asks: what specific results have you had and what exercise are you doing?

Specifc results: I have now lost 8. 7kgs (which i think is about 25 lbs) so far but im more interested in where i have lost the weight which is around my tummy and butt.!! :)

Exercise: I’m doing 30 minute walk per day plus i found this really great 3 minute stretch routine that i do wherever i feel like it during the day. this has got me started. The three minute stretch i found on a tennis website, i’ll post it in here when i find the link again. That three minute stretch is one of the best i’ve found. I’m hopeless at doing half hour of stretches but when i can do 3 minutes here and there during the day i’m finding i do it really easily and i have loosened up a lot.
